Mark Richardson – Olympian and Respected Performance and People Development Speaker
Mark Richardson is a former world-class athlete who enjoyed success at an Olympic and World Championship level and is now a leading speaker on Management and People Development.
Known to most as an Olympian, Mark won a silver medal at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and gold at the Athens 1997 World Championship both in the 4x400m relay.
Since his retirement, Mark became a Partner at Lane4, one of the UK’s leading Management and People Development Consultancies. He has over a decade of experience working with Boards, Senior Management Teams & Senior Leaders across a variety of industries and sectors within both the private and public sector.
In 2022 he left Lane4 and became a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry (a global organisational consulting firm).
Mark has expertise in People Change, Leadership, Developing Teams, Personal Resilience, Human Performance and is an accredited Performance Coach. As a consultant Mark draws on psychological principles to help create engagement, learning, behaviour shift and inspiration.
