Luke Rees is a Multi Award Winning Motivational Speaker and speaks on mental health and wellbeing.

His story started in 2012, when ironically, he thought his life was over. He had little qualifications and nothing going for him. He felt no one believed in him. He had hit rock bottom.He was losing the fight living with his anxiety and depression. No matter how tough he pretended to be he was only trying to convince himself that I was okay when in reality he was fighting a losing battle. Most days he struggled just to get out of bed. Every morning, the alarm clock would ring. He knew he should get up but the anxiety rushed in and he would hit the snooze button instead.

Luke Rees knew he couldn’t keep hitting that snooze button on life. He wanted to change. Luke realised that no one was coming to save him. He had to be the hero of his own story. He decided to stop waiting for someone to believe in him and at that very moment he made a decision. He was going to believe in himself.

Suddenly when he told myself that he can do something rather than letting fear taking over and believing that he couldn’t do it. Luke noticed that small things began to change. He became more confident. He became happier. More importantly, he began seeing light at the end of the tunnel that was previously filled with darkness.

But that got Luke Rees thinking, surely I’m not the only person who has felt like this? So he decided to open and share his story like never before.

His talks gave him certain energy that he had never had before. He wanted to inspire the next generation. It started as 1 talk in 2015 to 10 people has now grown to over 100,000 all over the world on some of the biggest stages and organisations as a Multi-Award Winning Motivational Speaker.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF – Learning how to believe in yourself will open up endless possibilities in your life. At times you may find this difficult to do. The truth is that we’ve been conditioned throughout our lives to doubt ourselves. We must retrain ourselves to get rid of our fears and self-doubt in order to build self-esteem and self-belief.

MENTAL WELLBEING – Arguably more important than ever in the workplace, mental health and wellbeing have been recognised as key elements for productivity and happiness within the workplace. Increasing your ability to perform, deal with pressure and be happy in your line of work, mental health and wellbeing are being looked at more and more with each day that passes.

BELIEVE IN YOUR TEAM – ​Believing in your team focuses on the transition from ‘Me to We’ as he inspires people to “Not be the best IN the team, but the best person FOR the team”.  Many people will go their whole working life without someone believing in them. Leaving them with their unmet need to be challenged and achieve amazing things within their careers. But Luke’s here to change that. Enabling you to believe in your people to perform at their best and unlocking the potential inside of them is one greatest assets in high-performing teams and organisations. ​

BELIEVE IN YOUNG PEOPLE​ – It’s heartbreaking that some young people have grown up with nobody believing in them. No one to challenge their limiting beliefs of they’re not good enough or that they can’t follow their dreams. Personally, he’s had first-hand experience of the difference it can make to someone’s success and attainment when they believe in you. Regardless of where they come from or where they are currently at. Learn how to light that spark in their belly that can be the difference between keeping on going and giving up. Believing a young person is truly the greatest best gift you can give someone.

LEADERSHIP –Leadership is not about being in charge, it’s about taking care of those your in charge of. For some, they think leadership is a born skill, but the fact is anyone be a leader. Leadership is a skill and anyone can learn to be a leader. But it starts with you. You have to learn the true definition of what it means to lead. Because leaders inspire action.
