By sharing her personal experience of overcoming an eating disorder, alcohol abuse, workaholism, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, breakdown and unhealthy relationships while working as a Reuters political reporter in the UK parliament and travelling the globe with prime ministers, along with the steps she took to rebuild her life and flourish again, Katherine guides her audiences to balance peak performance with healthy self-care.

Known for her authenticity and vulnerability, Katherine helps to normalise mental health conversations and break taboos, giving people the courage and permission to seek help when they are struggling and thrive, not just survive, in work and life.

Katherine also speaks from personal experience on diversity and inclusion, specifically navigating childlessness in a family-centric workplace and harnessing neurodiversity for higher performance (Katherine received an ADHD diagnosis aged 53).
