Dan Edwards worked in education for many years and has held leadership roles in both the secondary and primary sectors, most recently holding the role of Principal at a large inner city primary school until moving into Executive school leadership. Throughout his journey of leading change, he has used the ethos and values of care and well-being for all to achieve and sustain a positive and creative educational culture within his work.
He has recently updated us on his talks including talks on Authentic Leadership and MENTal health.
Dr Alison Vincent CBE is a thought leader and keynote speaker on disruption and technology. An experienced NED and Chair in multiple Listed, Private, and Not for Profit boards after 30 years of holding C-suite positions in Cisco, HSBC, and IBM.
Dr Alison Vincent was awarded the honour of Commander of the British Empire (CBE) for services to engineering and technology in the King’s Birthday Honours list in 2024 and has recently updated us on her speaking topics.
Jackie Handy is a workforce culture specialist and speaker with over two decades of professional experience in executive recruitment, leadership development, and inclusion best practice.
Her mission is simple: to ensure people feel safe, valued, and understood at work. Jackie has shared with us some updates on her speech topic including her speech “Beyond the Mountain”

Anne Wafula Strike, MBE, is an inspirational and motivational speaker on overcoming adversity, diversity, inclusion, and disability awareness.
Anne Wafula Strike provides a personal example of courage, commitment and determination that challenges misconceptions about disability. Inspiring achievement and excellence across a broad range of life situations through motivational talks and appearances that encourages others to overcome difficulties and maximise their potential.
It has been a busy time for Anne who was out in France for the Paralympics before travelling out to New York and also featured in this interview for Linkedin Insider.
Matt Ellison is a highly sought-after, entertaining, and thought-provoking transgender speaker. His life experience as a trans man has fascinated and inspired audiences of all kinds in both private and public sectors in the U.K. and internationally.
He recently was a guest on the award winning podcast Therapy Works hosted by Julia Samuels MBE, whose previous guests include Rio Ferdinand, Alastair Campbell, Richard E Grant, and many more.

And lastly, for this month, we are delighted to welcome Dean Leak to the website.
