Taylor Notcutt is a disability advocate, accessibility consultant, and inspirational speaker.
Taylor has been a VIP since birth, diagnosed aged two with Leber congenital amaurosis, resulting in being registered as legally blind. Her visual impairment has not stopped her from living a full and happy life, exceeding expectations from her initial diagnosis.
Her passion and drive have led her to the world of advocacy and campaigning, as she believes that the world should be accessible and inclusive to all, no matter your background or disability.

Paul Hargreaves is the Founder and Chief Executive of Cotswold Fayre Ltd and an Inspirational Speaker on Compassionate Leadership. Paul Hargreaves has been one of the leading voices for many years encouraging and inspiring businesses to be forces for good putting people and the planet before profits.
Primarily he does that through compassionate leadership of his two award-winning businesses: Cotswold Fayre, a food wholesaler and one of the first B Corps in the UK, and Flourish – a retail and restaurant business with two sites in the South-West. He has recently sent us his updated biog and speaking topics.
Justin Hughes is a former RAF fighter pilot and Red Arrows Pilot, and an authoritative speaker on teamwork and achieving high performance.
Justin is the CEO of biotech/climate startup NetZeroNitrogen. Combining that with turnaround experience as a senior corporate executive, and as a former fighter pilot and Executive Officer of the Red Arrows, Justin has ‘skin in the game’ when it comes to building high-performance cultures. Justin has also shared some recent updates on his speaking topics with us.
