Be More Human By Caspar Craven
Our August book of the month is motivational speaker Caspar Craven’s new book “Be More Human – Rethinking the Rules of High-Performance Teamwork”.
Drawing on personal experiences, and a wide range of examples from different industries, Be More Human provides a blueprint for how any organisation can tackle its big, bold goals by:
- Establishing the right team foundations;
- Unleashing stellar performance;
- Building resilience; and
- Adapting to change
You’ll be taken on a journey of rethinking the rules of high-performance teamwork, a journey that concludes with the concept of conventional rules being ditched in favour of a core set of twenty principles for building thriving high-performance teams.
Every principle is grounded in the idea that to get extraordinary results, you must put people first; you must be more human.
About Caspar Craven
Caspar Craven is a motivational speaker who believes in challenging conventional thinking on how leaders and teams become truly effective and create extraordinary results.
Caspar has 30 years’ experience in building teams to make things happen. Having started as an entrepreneur at the age of 14, Caspar has built and led teams in global corporations, start-up businesses, struggling businesses, and high growth businesses.
