We are delighted to have added Martin Le Comte and Philippa Forrester to the website.
Martin Le Comte is a leadership speaker and author of “The Ten Golden Rules of Leadership”. Martin Le Comte is passionate about developing leaders and organisations to effectively motivate, develop, and inspire individuals and teams, helping people bring their best selves to work.
As a keynote speaker with over 25 years of leading and managing teams in both large financial services organisations and SME businesses. In 2017 Martin co-authored the book “The Ten Golden Rules of Leadership”. In ‘The Bookbag’s’ top ten self-published titles in 2017 the book has been described as an essential guide for people managers and leaders at all levels. One 5* Amazon review simply called it “the best leadership book you will ever read!”
Philippa Forrester is a trained coach, presenter and accomplished public speaker, author, and television presenter with many years experience of broadcasting live to millions and presenting to large audiences.
Philippa is best known for her work as a science broadcaster on BBC 1 especially for Tomorrows World and on Radio 4 for World on the Move. Her many TV presenter credits also include Robot Wars, The Queen’s Jubilee, Crufts, and of course CBBC.
She has also produced award-winning natural history programmes for the BBC including Halcyon River Diaries, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and many more.

Debra Searle is a solo Atlantic rower and entrepreneur and speaker on motivation, achieving against the odds, and dealing with change. Debra Searle MVO MBE first hit the headlines when she set out to row across the Atlantic with her husband. Unfortunately, he had to be rescued so Debra, a novice rower, continued alone and rowed 3000 miles from Tenerife to Barbados.
Yet Debra is more than your usual sports speaker. Debra has founded 5 companies including MIX Diversity Developers, a diversity consultancy and training company that specialises in innovative corporate programmes such as the LeasePlan Women’s Arctic Challenge. She has sent us an updated showreel.

Mike Southon is a best-selling author, and keynote speaker on corporate entrepreneurship, sales, and business growth. He is now the Editor-at-Large of The London Business Journal https://londonbusinessjournal.co.uk and his first edition can be found here
In late May 2024, Oli France became the first person this century to complete a human-powered journey from Death Valley to Denali, the lowest point in North America to the highest, entirely by human-power. He completed the 3,588-mile journey in 64 days. He has created a new talk called Summit Vision and more can be found on his webpage.
Jackie Handy is a dynamic speaker and expert in workforce engagement, dedicated to transforming organisational culture. With over two decades of experience in executive recruitment, leadership development, and inclusion, Jackie brings fresh perspectives and offers practical strategies for driving sustainable change. Jackie has sent us some updated details on her speaking topics which can be found on her webpage.
